Our wedding consultant students will be presenting a showcase of 2014 Vintage Glam Wedding. Mr. Covey will be our keynote speaker talking about “Weddings Today.” He will share what you need to know to run a successful business in this amazing wedding industry and 2014 wedding trends.

We will have a raffle drawing for a brand new wedding gown to one of the brides that attending the event, plus many other awesome gifts. Please tell your family and friends to join us on the evening of 4/23!

The Wedding Academy presents the “2013 Beach Wedding Design Presentation”

San Pedro, CA – The Wedding Academy will host their “2013 Beach Wedding Design & Networking Mixer” on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Pedro located at 2800 Via Cabrillo-Marina. The event will feature a beach themed wedding design, including the gorgeous ceremony site, decorated reception table, and a creative sweets station all designed by The Wedding Academy’s 2013 Spring wedding consultant students.

There will be fabulous exhibits from local wedding professionals offering the newest ideas in wedding planning. Grace Catering will provide Fusion and Chinese hors d’oeuvre. Also, the author of “Wedding Godfather – Advice You Can’t Refuse”, John Goolsby will be speaking at the event providing advice and tips for how brides can preserve the special moments on their big day.. Wedding professionals and brides-to-be are invited to network and meet with numerous vendors from local area and speak with them about pricing, services, and what sets them apart from other vendors.

The certified wedding consultants from The Wedding Academy will offer free wedding consultation on site to engaged couples. “We encourage engaged couples to print a checklist and bring them to the event. Let us know what vendors that have booked, colors that have chosen.” says Rev. Sherrien Shui, principal of The Wedding Academy. “It’s a great opportunity to get a lot of research done all at once and even receive some free gifts and great savings in the process.”
