Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Descriptions: Assist the Managing Director with day-to-day obligations from answering emails to walk the dogs. Office functions like setting up and maintaining files; bookkeeping; organizing office, answering phone calls; receiving mails; entering data; and arranging appointments. Reviews drafts and finished documents on our blogs and website for appropriate grammatical usage.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years additional education and/or experience. Microsoft Office and Outlook skills. Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
Working Days/Hours: 15-25 hours a week, flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Location: Walnut, California
Compensation: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour based on experience. Advanced training and education at The Wedding Academy may be offered after working 9 months.
